1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from LBScent Decants ("LBScent", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

LBScent Decants is a sole proprietorship based in Sparks, Nevada, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

3. What you are buying

Every product sold here is an independently hand-decanted fragrance sample. We purchase authentic, full-size retail bottles and transfer a measured quantity into a new, unused, unbranded glass atomizer.

You are not purchasing:

• the original manufacturer's retail bottle, packaging, box, cap, or insert
• an official sample, tester, or travel spray produced or authorized by the fragrance house
• any product supplied, licensed, or approved by the brand named in the listing

Fill volumes are measured carefully but may vary slightly due to the nature of hand-decanting.

4. Trademarks and brand names

All fragrance names, brand names, and logos referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the fragrance contained in a decant, which is truthful and necessary to describe what we sell.

The trademark owners are not affiliated with, associated with, connected to, or endorsing LBScent Decants, and have not sponsored, approved, or reviewed our products.

5. "Inspired by" references

Some products we sell are original compositions by their own house that are widely regarded as inspired by another fragrance. Where we note this, the reference is offered only to describe the scent profile and help you choose.

Such a product is not the fragrance it is compared to, is not produced or authorized by that brand, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied. The comparison is our opinion, not a claim of equivalence.

6. Fragrance is subjective

Scent descriptions, note listings, and longevity or projection comments are provided in good faith as general guidance. Fragrance develops differently on every person, and we make no guarantee that a product will smell, last, or perform a particular way on you. This is precisely why we sell samples.

7. Safety and proper use

Our products are for external use on skin or clothing only. They are not to be ingested, inhaled deliberately, or applied to broken or irritated skin.

Fragrance is alcohol-based and flammable. Keep away from heat, open flame, and direct sunlight. Store out of reach of children and pets.

Fragrances contain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, test a small amount on an inconspicuous area first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for allergic or adverse reactions.

Full ingredient lists are held by the original manufacturer; we do not reformulate, dilute, or alter the fragrance in any way.

8. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, or where a product is unavailable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

9. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier.

10. Our content

All text, photographs, and design on this site are our property or used with permission, excluding third-party trademarks as described above. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where the law does not permit it, our products and this site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
