Where we ship

United States only, to all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are hand-decanted and packed within 1–3 business days of purchase. We do not process or ship on weekends or US public holidays.

Shipping method

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, though USPS does not guarantee these times.

Why ground only

Fragrance is alcohol-based and classed as a flammable liquid for transport. It cannot legally travel by air, so expedited and overnight options are not available from any carrier. We pack every order to meet USPS limited-quantity requirements.

Shipping cost

A flat rate is calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on US orders of $40 or more.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
